I am grateful for everything and everyone.
I am open to listen and feel.
I treat myself like someone I love and respect.
I nurture my body, spirit and mind.
I cultivate kindness, compassion and love towards myself and the world around me.
I illuminate my dark parts and become light.
I change the dialogue with myself from "I am not enough!" to "I am enough!".

I heal and embrace my wounds and scars.
I acknowledge all the parts that make me whole.
I accept myself fully.
I feel safe in my body.
I transform judgement of self and others into compassion and kindness towards myself and them.
I free myself from indifference and embrace curiosity and empathy for myself and others.
I forgive myself and those around me, and replace feelings of hurt, guilt and resentment.
I transform fear into love.
I connect to the present moment, and the past and future remain only times for grammatical analysis.
I show up for myself daily.
I try to be better than yesterday.
I let myself play and let the kid inside me come out.
I enjoy life every day and I have fun.
I celebrate myself daily.
I dare to dream and work towards accomplishing my dreams.
I focus on what I love and what makes me feel alive.
I trust myself and my inner voice, and I give voice to my authentic self.
I live a purposeful life.
I breathe love. I share love. I heal myself through love.
What is your personal manifesto?
Write it down and try to live in line with it.
When there will be days you will not be alligned with it (and that is ok), read it again and use it as a reminder to be focused, motivated and committed to become the best version of yourself.
